　次の英文はどうでしょうか？
　The most scientists are willing to say is that the weather in Pakistan and Russia is consistent with predictions of what will happen in a warming climate, driven by greenhouse gas increases.

　（”The most scientists are willing to say”全体を主語、その次の”is”を述語と考えて ）「最も多くの科学者が口にするのをいとわないのは・・・」とされた方は、残念ながら完全な大誤訳と言わざるを得ません。正しくは、「”The most” +(SV)+ is …」という構文であり、「科学者が口にするのをいとわないことは、せいぜい、パキスタンとロシアの天気が温室効果ガスの増加が拍車をかけている温暖化気候において起こることの予測と一致していることくらいである。」ということになります。（なお、「口にすることをいとわない最大限のことは・・・」というのは、「口にすることをいとわないことはせいぜい・・・」という意味です。）
