疲労の原因は,非常に多くの場合,’興奮を好むこと’にある。余暇を睡眠に費やせるならば,人間はいつも健康を保てるだろうが,働いている時間は退屈なため,自由時間には娯楽の必要を感じる。
A very frequent source of fatigue is love of excitement. If a man could spend his leisure in sleep, he would keep fit, but his working hours are dreary, and he feels the need of pleasure during his hours of freedom.
