【"enough"：３つのなかでは最も漠然とした言い方であり、"adequate"と異なり，"enough"はもっぱら数量が十分あることを表している。】
【"adequate"：量だけでなく質も十分という意味がある場合が多い。】
【"sufficient"："sufficient"の心は「たくさんはいらない、ほんの少しでこと足りる」。】

(1-1) There is enough food for all of us.
[我々全部に行き渡るだけの食料がある。]

(1-2) This is a powerful poison, a smallest dose which is enough to kill a horse.
[これは強い毒物だ。ほんのひとつまみでも馬一頭を殺してしまう。]

(2-1) The kind of food you're eating is not adequate for a balanced nutrition you need.
[あなたの今の食生活はバランスのとれた栄養には「質的には」不足（不十分）だ。]

(2-2) My knowledge of French is adequate for ordinary conversation but not for writing.
