【"bare"：人にも物にも使い、物や物事に使った場合は、それに伴う最低限の装飾性を廃した状態を言う。】
【"naked"：「全裸」と言ったニュアンスがあり、比喩で使う以外は、日常的にはあまり使われない言葉。】
【"nude"：もともとは，絵画や彫刻の中の裸像のこと。"naked" の代わりに使われることもある。】

(1-1) The room was bare, not a stick of furniture in evidence.
