★ certain (adj.) [確かだと思って、確信して；確実な；確定した、ある一定の；いくらかの、ある程度の]
* certain は易しい単語ですが, 下記の例のように "Do not feel absolutely certain of anything を「何事もこれでよいと思ってはいけない」といった誤訳がネット上にけっこう見受けられます。
* certainty (n):確実（なこと）；確信
* certainly (adv.): 確かに；（口語）（返答で文を代表して）もちろんです、承知しました
* be certain to do : 必ず～する
