【"frustrate"：他人の仕事を邪魔して失敗させ、心理的な屈辱（不満）を与えること。ただし、自然現象（暴風雨など）のために計画がふいになることなども"frustrate"を使う】
【"thwart"：他人のゴールの前に立ちはだかったり、横槍を入れたりして成功させなくすること。】

(1-1) Frustrated by daily office routine, I know I can't write the novel I had planned for years.
