* 「all too many professors」といった表現を見ると、「all（全て）と言っているのに、「many」というのは矛盾するのではないかと思ってしまいますが、ここでの「all」は「まったく」という意味の副詞で、「too」を強調したもの。なお、「none too」は「少しも・・・ない」の意味なので混同しないように注意。
