【"free":解放するという行為そのものに力点があり、対象は人でも、ものごとでも、どんなつまらないことでもよい。】
【"liberate":自由になった結果の大きいことに、またその解放感に力点がある。】
【"emancipate":解放する対象は人間に限られ、他人または伝統、風俗習慣などに隷属を強いられている人間を解放することに使う言葉。】

(1) You can free your mind from a problem by writing about it coherently or by discussing it with your friend.
[何か悩み事があれば、その事について理路整然と書いてみるか、または、友人とその問題を話し合うことによって、心を解放できる。]

(2-1) Knowledge liberates man.
