「改革、改革！ 利権や特権・既得権打破、規制改革をさけび、新しい特権（それはすぐに既得権になる）を手に入れる政治家や彼らに乗っかる関係者達。
そのことがよくわかっている守旧派はそういった「改革派」を利用する。「踊る阿呆に見る阿呆、同じ阿呆なら、乗っからにゃか、ソン、ソン」と・・・。
