文明の発達のある段階で，誰か異常に深謀遠慮の人（の頭/の心）に，自分が年取った時に自分を生かしておくように導くような気持ち( a state of mind 心理状態)を，子供がまだ幼い内に,子どもたち（の心）に植えつけることができる,という考えが浮かんだに違いない。恐らく,その人（深謀遠慮の人）は，すでに自分の両親は処分されてしまっている人であったであろう（注：従って，自分はあのように扱われたくないという思いから・・・）
