地元への利益誘導に務める政治家は「地元では」人気が高い。その利権の恩恵を受けられない他の地域の有権者はそういった政治家によって被害を受ける。地元への利益誘導は政治家にとって必須ということになれば、日本全体として、総合的に見れば、決して日本全体のためになっていない。
