* 『小学館ランダムハウス英和辞典』には「日本でいうサボタージュ（怠業）は、アメリカでは slowdown、英国では "go slow"に当たる」と書かれている。しかし、下記のラッセルの著作からの例の２つ目は、日本語のサボタージュに意味が近いと思われる。、
