* 『東大英単』p.91の説明：・・・。sense- を内部に含む言葉も多く,たとえば,insensitive(無神経な),desensitive to ..(・・に対して鈍感にする),extrasensory(五感以外の)など。日本語でも「・・・のセンスがない」という表現が使われるが,英語では服装などの場合は,have poor taste,論文などの場合は lack insight といった表現を用いる。
