In order to spread the founder's teachings to many people, a religious organization is created. As the organization grows in size, it begins to change its character, and teachings that deviate from the founder’s original ideas start to emerge. This is true of any religion or sect.
The common teaching in most secular religions is, 'Show a firm proof of your devotion by offering your most precious possessions to God,' and donations to the organization are encouraged. As a result, in almost all religious organizations, some of the leaders begin to lead luxurious lives and become corrupt.
