一般理論として科学が言うことは疑問に付すことができるものであるが，技術としての科学の結果は誰にとっても明らかである。科学は白人に世界の支配権を与え（たが），日本人が科学技術を獲得した以降にのみ（以降に初めて），白人の支配権は失われ始めているのである。

特に軍事技術の進歩が大きな影響を与えている。中国が日本よりもGDPが小規模の時は、世界に対する中国の影響力・発言力はそれほどではなかったが、日本を経済力で抜き去り、科学技術が急速に発展した中国の影響力・発言力は増大し続けている。
