国家主権,特に,戦争が出来る権利を国際政府（あるいは世界連邦政府）に委ねたくないと思う人（「愛国心」にとらわれている人）が少なくない。廃藩置県により,各藩は戦争をする権利や軍事力を放棄したのと同様に,廃「国」置「自治領」して,世界連邦政府をつくり,軍事力を集中させれば,国と国との戦争はなくなるが,そう考えない人が多い。戦争によって人類（の文明）がほろびるのが先か,国家間の戦争をなくすのが先か・・・！？）
