どんな集団（内）であっても「仲間はずれ」にされることは心地よくない。そのため、多少反社会的なことでもその組織に利益になると思うと同調してしまう。そうぢて、「毒を食らわば皿まで」といういうことで、「記憶にありません」とか、「記録がありません」とか言って保身に走る人が少なくない。
