'神道'は（日本の）大学教授さえも異議を唱えてはならないものであるが,'神道'には,「創世記」と同等の'疑わしい歴史'が含まれている。日本の神学上の圧政に比べれば,デイトン裁判も顔面蒼白となり,些細なものになってしまう。
The Shinto religion, which must not be called in question even by university professors, involves history which is just as dubious as Genesis; the Dayton trial pales into insignificance beside the theological tyranny in Japan.
