I'd ask them if they think they're the only people in the world.
I myself would certainly rather die than live under a communist tyranny ... or indeed any other tyranny, but I don't think that on that ground, I have a right to say that every inhabitant of (say) India should die. I have no right to say that they should die for my convictions.
