Dear Sir,
In reply to your letter of October 13, my answer are as follows:
1. When I do not sleep, it is usually because I am kept awake by thinking of foolish things I have done. I try to banish such thoughts by reciting poetry to myself.
2. I never dream about anything concerned with my professional occupation.
3. I have never had a dream which helped me to solve any difficulty in my work, but I have had dreams which cured me of some unconscious piece of self-deception.
