Your letter to me is a most fascinating one, but I should point out to you that I have taken great pains to show the connection between the expenditure on defence and the role of defence in the United States. I have decried the military-industrial complex and in several recent articles have concentrated on this difficulty.
I am enclosing for your interest some recent literature of mine including an article for the Bulletin of Atomic Scientists in which I outlined the danger from America's Pentagon and the business men who are in league with it.
