* 日本におけるラッセル文献としては、私がつかんでいる限りでは、大正２年のもの（「自由人の崇拝」の紹介／『六合雑誌』v33,n3:1913年3月刊,pp.76-85）が最も古いものです。
　下記の引用(囲み記事／無署名)も大正５年(1916年)ですので、かなり古いものの部類にはいります。

凡そ男女間の最良の関係をなす處(処)のものは、愛と子供と共同生活とである。法律は今のところ、一夫一婦制の羈絆*1(きはん)の中に、子供と共同生活とを閉ぢこめて居るが、愛を閉ぢこめる事は出来なくて居る。多くの人をして愛をば子供と共同生活から引き離さざるを得ざらしめる事に依って、法律は其の生活を拘束し、可能なる発達の充分の度に達するを妨げ、且つ下らない者たるに甘んじない人々の上に不必要な苦痛を興(与)えて居る。 　　ベルトランド・ラッセル * １ 牛馬などを綱などでつなぎとめること／行動を束縛するもの。 It is the combination of love, children, and a common life that makes the best relation between a man and a woman.
