    【"embellish"：美しくするために何かを付け足すことで、装飾した後の出来のよしあしよりも、飾ろうとする意図と行動の方に重点がある言葉。"decorate"とともに、人間に対しては使わない。】
    【"adorn"：主に人間を飾るという意味で使われるが、"decorate"と違って、飾ろうとする本体がもとから相当の魅力があることを暗示している。】
    【"decorate"：３つのうちでは最も一般的な言葉で，主に室内を装飾する意味で使う。人間に対して使う場合は、本来美的でないものを飾り立てて綺麗にみせようとする意味になる。】
