If one has little property, a will may not be necessary, but in cases where siblings do not get along very well, it might be a good idea to write in the will, "Live together in harmony as siblings." For those with substantial assets, clearly specifying the method of inheritance distribution in a will seems advisable. However, there are cases where someone living with a chronically ill parent may persuade the parent to write a will in their favor. It seems that sources of worries and disputes are never-ending.
