　今のところ人工衛星には攻撃用兵器は搭載されていないが、世界中の軍国主義者が近いうちにそのような兵器を搭載することを望んでいる。コンピューターによって、敵地に死の雨を降らせるタイミングを計ることができるのだ。・・・。
　・・・。憎悪と破壊は宇宙的なものとなり、現在の地上の枠を越えて狂気が広がっていくだろう。私は、多くの疑念を抱きつつも、政治家達の心の中にまだ正気の光が残っていることを望んでいる。。
